Our next step will be to meet up and fill in the Notice of Intended Marriage . This must be at least one calendar month (I prefer 6-8 weeks) before your ceremony day.

To this meeting I will need you both to bring:

- Proof of date & place of birth (original)

ie. Passport or Birth Certificate

- Proof of identification (photo)

ie. Passport or Drivers Licence or Proof of Age Card

- Proof that you are not validly married (only applies if you have previously been married)

I will get an insight to you both at this meeting so I can put together a personalised ceremony that screams "you". Ultimately I want your guests to leave the ceremony wondering "who was that friend of yours who married you?" That's the kind of vibe I like to create.

Some thing's that I ask at this meeting could be - describe your fiancee in three words.. tell me why marriage is important to you? Things like this help me pull together a personalised ceremony.

When can we meet?
Where is the most convenient place to meet?
What is the best time frame for the meeting?
The best day for you?
